Refunds

We currently offer a free trial period on all new accounts to familiarize yourself with the courses and instructors on the Invested Pro platform. If you do not wish to purchase a plan, you must cancel your account before your 7-day free trial period ends in order not to get charged. 

Our 5-Day Refund Policy

We want all of our customers to be happy with what we offer and therefore we have a 5-day, no hassle refund policy. You are eligible for a full refund if your account has been billed in the last 5 days. This policy applies to new accounts only (it does not apply to renewals). We reserve the right to deny a refund if, in our sole discretion, we believe there may have been abuse. In order to protect our instructors and their payments for their courses, the following guidelines are in place for all refunds within this 5-day window:

  • A significant amount of course materials and content have been consumed or downloaded throughout the platform (under rare circumstances - as determined by our systems)
  • If a member is in violation of our Terms or Privacy Policy
  • The member has signed up for Invested Pro before and already received a refund

To submit a refund request, send us an email and let us know that you would like a refund. We will process the refund within a couple business days.

Outside of this 5-Day refund period, there are no refunds allowed under any circumstances. 

Refund Status

Once your refund has been processed on our end, we will send you an email update. Depending on your bank, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
