Assigning Learning Paths for Your Team
Assign Learning Paths
Custom assigned learning paths are only available on the Enterprise Plans. If you are on a team plan, you will not be able to access this functionality.
To get started, navigate to your Wishlist and click on the Assigned Paths tab. From here, you can begin creating the lists of courses that you plan to assign to your team.
Create List, Add Members, Add Courses
- Click on any one of the boxes that says "+ Learning Path" to create a Learning Path
- Give the new Learning Path a name and select the users you want to assign to the new list
- Find the courses you wish to add to the Learning Path from the Course Listings page. Hover over the course and click on the Team icon as highlighted in blue here:
- On the popup, click on the dropdown menu, select the Assigned Path for the course and click Add
- On the popup, click on the dropdown menu, select the Assigned Path for the course and click Add
- When you go back to your Assigned Path in your Wishlist section, you will see the courses you added in the list. Any courses you continue to add here will automatically appear in the Assigned Path tab for each person on your team that was assigned to the Learning Path.
- Order the courses based on the order you prefer your team to access them in. They will see all courses in the order you choose and cannot change this order on their end.
Removing Courses
If the course has already been added to a Learning Path, you can re-assign it to another Learning Path or remove it by selecting none in the pop up menu that is shown above in 3(a).
Delete Learning Paths
You can remove courses from a learning path, rename the assigned Learning Path, and change who is assigned to the Learning Path by clicking on the name of it in the Learning Path box. Clicking on the box will open up the dialogue box to change the settings and assignees.
To delete the assigned Learning Path all together, click on the trash can icon and then confirm you wish to delete it. By deleting an assigned Learning Path or removing courses, your team members will no longer be assigned that Learning Path or it's courses in their account.
