Uploading Files

When creating a new course, there are several areas of the course builder for uploading different files, such as course images, video lessons, attachments for resources, etc. Larger files will take longer to upload, which is also highly dependent on your network speed. Be sure to click save on your courses along the way. 

Here are the general rules and guidelines to assist with uploading files:

• Max file size is currently set at 1GB
• Wait for the progress bar to finish before clicking save on the course or lesson
• Export your videos as .mp4 files (allowed file type) and follow the export guidelines
• For the course overview image and course lesson images, follow the course image guidelines
• For student aids and resource files, keep the files sizes to a minimum (under 5MB). Convert any word documents into pdf's.
