Removing a course

Course Deletion Process

Courses on Invested Pro are not immediately removed from the platform when you delete them. It's important to take note of the following before deleting one of your courses:

• This cannot be undone! When you click delete on the course, you will be prompted once to confirm this action before it is removed. Be sure that you want to remove it. 
• Deleting a course will automatically remove it in 30 days, not immediately
  • A notice will be posted on the course overview page on the number of days remaining before the course is officially removed. Here is what members will see on the Overview page:

    

• Members will lose access to the course after it is removed from the platform
• You will no longer receive any future payment for the course after it has been automatically removed. However, as long as your account is still active, you will receive payment
• There is no export option for your courses 
• Cancelling your Invested Pro account will not remove courses from the platform. If you no longer want the courses on Invested Pro, courses must be individually deleted before cancelling your account. If you have already cancelled your account without first deleting your courses, you may email our staff to assist with deleting your courses.

Steps to Remove a Course

If you wish to remove one of your courses, follow these steps:

1. Hover over your profile photo on the top right and navigate to the My Courses section
2. Scroll down to find the course you wish to delete
3. Click the delete option on the course next to the trash can icon
   

   

4. Confirm in the dialogue box that you wish to delete the course. Click to delete the course and it will be permanently removed from our system
