About Trade Setups

The Trade Setups are for instructors to show members how to turn learned course strategies into specific trade ideas and to share them with the Invested Pro members. Here are a few quick pointers when creating your trade Setups:

• Your Trade Idea should be closely related to your course strategies
• The trade setup video should be kept to 1-2 minutes for a quick explanation of the trade you are sharing
  • Mention how the trade relates to your specific teachings in your course lessons
  • Explain the risk / reward trade-off of the trade and how you calculate it
• After you share the trade, it's important to reply to member questions from the Trade Setup page

How the Trade Setups Work

Note that only approved instructors are able to add Trade Setups to the Invested Pro platform.

To create a new Trade Setup, follow the steps as outlined here:

1. Hover over your Avatar and select "Create Trade Setup" from the menu options OR click "+ New Trade Setup" from the instructor dashboard

   

2. After giving the Trade Setup a name and description, assign it to a course (a course that has relevant strategies on your lessons), add applicable categories and tags, and upload the short video (1-2 minutes in length).

   You do not need to upload an image for the video since a screenshot from your video will automatically be added to the Trade Setup.

   

3. After submitting your Trade Setup, you are given 15 minutes to edit or delete it. After that time period, you will not be able to make any changes to the Trade Setup. When you submit it, your Trade Setups will get listed in the search tool on the website here: https://www.investedpro.com/trade-setups/
