What skills do I need to become an instructor?

Invested Pro was founded on the premise that everyone should have access to high quality education about the financial markets. If you are passionate about the financial markets or crypto markets and you are open to engaging with our community, that alone is an excellent start to becoming a teacher. You don't have to have any teaching experience to become an instructor on Invested Pro. Instructors come from many different backgrounds and have unique experiences and their own teaching styles.

We recommend you choose a topic that you are able to relate to through your own experiences or specific knowledge which you have acquired. It's important to provide several specific examples throughout your course. For more practical courses (vs academic), it's important to encourage members to use paper trading while building up their skill set before deploying any real capital. 

We suggest that along with your video lessons, courses include a project assignment or practice exercises, quiz, workshop, or other ways to facilitate hands-on learning. It's also important to find creative ways to present your content in order to enhance the eLearning experience for members.

By going beyond the course content and regularly interacting with members through the feedback tools and membership forums, you will start to build up a following and become a subject matter expert in your field. The Invested Pro platform promotes Social Learning through several different avenues, such as the ability to create Live Zoom lessons and the Q&A on each course for member instructor discussions.
